The department of Mechanical Engineering was established in the year 2021 at Govt. Polytechnic College, Rajgarh. The Institute offers a 3 year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to students. Mechanical Engineering is one of the most popular branches of engineering which deals with manufacturing, maintenance, and testing of machines.
Established with a vision to nurture aspiring engineers, the Mechanical Engineering Department prides itself on a rich legacy of excellence in education and industry relevance. Since its inception, our department has been committed to shaping the future of mechanical engineering by imparting knowledge, fostering innovation, and preparing students for successful careers in the field.
A 3 year diploma in Mechanical Engineering opens doors to a multitude of exciting career paths. From designing cutting-edge machinery to optimizing manufacturing processes, our students may build a successful career in diverse industries such as automotive, aerospace, energy, and manufacturing etc.
The institute, at present, have different laboratories which are well equipped and operational. Some of them are Fluid Mechanics & Hydraulic, Thermal Engineering, Material Testing, Measurement and Metrology, CAD/CAM Lab, Central Workshop etc.
The department is committed to empower students to unleash their potential, explore new frontiers, and embark on rewarding careers in mechanical engineering.
